ULJEB is an association dedicated to the development and promotion of electric bicycles as a sustainable, healthy, and accessible mode of transportation in cities across Serbia.
We believe that cities can become quieter, cleaner, and more pleasant places to live — with fewer cars, more bicycles, and smart energy solutions. Electric bicycles are not just for recreation; they represent a realistic alternative for everyday transportation, especially in urban environments.

Through our activities, we connect sustainable mobility, renewable energy, and public space. Our focus is on practical and visible solutions that citizens can use immediately.

The first charging station was installed in Belgrade, at one of the city's most popular recreational and cycling areas, as a pilot project demonstrating how innovation can directly improve quality of life in urban settings.
This model is:

ULJEB brings together people who believe that energy, mobility, and public space are inseparably connected. Our goal goes beyond infrastructure — we aim to change habits and make e-bikes a normal, accepted, and desirable choice.
Together, we can build cities that are healthier, more accessible, and ready for the future.
